From this process I have learnt that a common feature of music videos is extrmeley fast paced editing, as it is rare for a shot to last over one second. When filming a bands performance there is a variety of shots used ranging from close ups on example the left hand on the guitar, or the mouth singing, mid shots to show each individual performer, but also long shots to show the performance as a band.
From analysing this video, I noticed that the music video followed a narrative which is another common feature of music videos. Costume and mise en scene play a huge role in this music video as it is used to establish the bands rock genre as they are all dressed alternativley and therefore acts to apprpriately attract the right target audience.
